Project Description:

Rest Haven Nursing Home – HVAC system replacement and new mechanical penthouses. Mechanical and electrical scope (Bockstael Construction is the General Contractor) to replace air handling units AH-1 (resident rooms ventilation and air conditioning) and AH-3 (dining, lounge, and multi-purpose areas) with new air handling units and enclosing the roof mounted mechanical equipment on the west roof in the new mechanical penthouse.
